Job Description:

Seeking proactive and customer-focused Resident IT Operations Engineer to provide onsite IT operational support. The candidate will be responsible for end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, and overall day-to-day IT infrastructure support.

This role requires an individual who enjoys solving technical problems, working closely with business users, and coordinating with regional technical teams to ensure stable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral issues

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications

• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and Office

• Support Identity & Access Management (Azure AD/Entra ID)

• Support Network & Connectivity (Wifi, LAN, VPN)

• Coordinate with vendor for hardware fault cases

• Software installation and system configuration

• Manage incident, service request and problem tickets within agreed SLA

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations.

• Experience supporting enterprise users.

• Experience providing onsite customer support.

• Experience administering Microsoft 365.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Azure, AWS knowledge is a plus.

• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking is an added advantage.

• Team player with a customer-first mindset.
