There is currently an open position for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.
The purpose is to handle emails, phone calls and provide remote assistance: IT helpdesk first-level support. To provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.
Call Center experience is advantageous
Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
Familiar with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira)
Experienced in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft)
Strong communication skills and detailed work
Proficient Customer Service
Proficient email and verbal communication
Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
Experience: Min 2 years related experience.
Able to provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.
