IT FINOPS Support Analyst

Quanteam is hiring an IT FINOPS Support Analyst to be seconded to one of our clients in the energy sector.

Location:

12 months in Singapore and then Melbourne, Australia.

About therole:

As a Quanteam consultant, you will be embedded within our client's IS team, supporting a front-to-back energy trading platform acrossAustralia, Asia-Pacific and Europe. The role involves production monitoring, user support, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT systems.

Keyresponsibilities:

- Monitor the global IT platform and manage incidentsend-to-end

- Coordinate with teams in Europe and Asia in aFollow-the-Sun model

- Support local users on Finance applications (Deal Capture,Invoicing, Margin Call, Accounting ERP)

- Contribute to automation and industrialization of processes

- Maintain and improve operational procedures and monitoring tools

Profile:

- Degree in IT Engineering or Finance

- Experience in application support, ideally in a trading or financial environment

- Strong SQL skills and good scripting abilities

- Knowledge of Windows environments

- Finance/Accounting background is a plus

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) andC# is a bonus

- Fluent English
