Setting up all the IT requirements which includes PC, Copier Machines, required software and the applications pertaining to the respective department.
Email configuration - creating email IDs for the new staffs, taking backup of the outlook files, adding additional email accounts in accordance to internal procedure.
Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server, VM server and windows SQL cluster fail over services
Carry out and deliver change request from operation team to enhance system security and data process tracking system.
Conduct training related to operation system application, shop floor management system and internal IT Management policy.
Familiar with SharePoint and Dropbox Adminstration and setup.
