Job scope:

• Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 F&O across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement by conducting root cause analysis and working with external partners to resolve issues. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee UAT from planning through to final validation.
• Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance business processes and strengthen workflow control. Support key operations such as month-end closing and system cutovers to minimize disruption to business activities.

• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure system reliability, security compliance, and effective identity access management. Oversee IT infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, network connectivity, and hardware such as CCTV systems and printers.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex Level 2-3 issues, while coordinating with vendors on system upgrades and preventive maintenance. Oversee IT asset management, licensing, and inventory, maintain accurate documentation, and provide guidance to users on Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
