Job Descriptions
- Support the planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Liaise with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver system solutions aligned with operational objectives.
- Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support system enhancements and new implementations.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of system databases to ensure reliable business operations.
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports, and develop dashboards to support operational performance monitoring and management decision-making.
- Provide first-level application support by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT teams and vendors for timely resolution.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct end-user training to ensure effective system adoption and competency.
- Support IT asset management and coordinate technology-related activities within the department.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimise the utilisation of business systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT related
- Proficient in SQL, Macros, Power Query and etc
