IT Executive - Tuas Location

Looking to hire a permanent hire with one of our engineering clients based near JTC space, Tuas in west, Singapore

1. Provide Level 1 IT support for software, hardware, and network operations.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
3. Coordinate with vendors on IT procurement, implementation, and maintenance.
4. Support IT projects, including system analysis, deployment, and upkeep.
5. Travel within the region to provide technical support and project assistance.

Hiring skills/Requirements

1. Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
3. Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, firewalls, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and IT security.
4. Familiarity with desktop systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Able to work with vendors and Level 2 support teams to resolve issues and deliver projects.
6. Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
7. Good to have APAC /regional operational experience
