Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Application & System Support (Primary Focus)

  • Act as the main point of contact for all in-house application issues and user support.

  • Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve system/application issues escalate when required.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure applications run smoothly and reliably.

  • Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution based on SLAs.

  • Support application deployments, patches, and upgrades.

2. Requirements & Testing

  • Work with users to gather and document business and system requirements.

  • Translate requirements into clear specifications for developers.

  • Perform testing (UAT, functional, integration) to ensure system quality.

  • Log and track bugs, ensuring proper resolution before deployment.

3. IT Infrastructure & User Support

  • Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, network issues).

  • Set up and maintain IT equipment, systems, and user accounts.

  • Support onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access).

  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

4. Documentation & Training

  • Create and maintain user guides and system documentation.

  • Conduct basic training for users on applications and systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or application support.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in application support, testing, and documentation.

  • Familiar with Windows, basic networking, and IT systems.

  • Good communication skills able to support non-technical users.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional stakeholders).

  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Note: The IT Executive will be required to travel to our multiple project sites (islandwide), as and when necessary.
