Key Responsibilities
1. Application & System Support (Primary Focus)
Act as the main point of contact for all in-house application issues and user support.
Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve system/application issues escalate when required.
Monitor system performance and ensure applications run smoothly and reliably.
Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution based on SLAs.
Support application deployments, patches, and upgrades.
2. Requirements & Testing
Work with users to gather and document business and system requirements.
Translate requirements into clear specifications for developers.
Perform testing (UAT, functional, integration) to ensure system quality.
Log and track bugs, ensuring proper resolution before deployment.
3. IT Infrastructure & User Support
Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, network issues).
Set up and maintain IT equipment, systems, and user accounts.
Support onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access).
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
4. Documentation & Training
Create and maintain user guides and system documentation.
Conduct basic training for users on applications and systems.
Requirements
Diploma in IT or related field.
1-2 years of experience in IT or application support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in application support, testing, and documentation.
Familiar with Windows, basic networking, and IT systems.
Good communication skills able to support non-technical users.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional stakeholders).
Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Note: The IT Executive will be required to travel to our multiple project sites (islandwide), as and when necessary.
