Application Support & IT Systems
- Deliver first-level support for clinical and internal systems, including troubleshooting, issue logging, and escalation
- Support system change requests, testing activities, and minor system enhancements
- Assist with system integrations, upgrades, and user access administration
- Perform data extraction, generate reports, and conduct basic data analysis
- Maintain IT hardware, systems, and related documentation
Operations & Coordination
- Provide support for daily departmental operations and service workflows
- Assist users in resolving system and process-related issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on system-related matters
- Support procurement processes, asset tracking, and basic budgeting activities
Projects & Improvement
- Contribute to IT projects and system implementation initiatives
- Assist in KPI monitoring, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
- Participate in audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, application support, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience in application or system support across any industry
- Exposure to healthcare systems is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data reporting
- Foundational knowledge of IT systems, networks, or integrations
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Willingness to learn and handle both IT and operational responsibilities
- Effective communication skills to support non-technical users
