Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to oversee the backend configuration of CCTV systems.
- Conduct NVR and basic router configurations (Huawei) as well as basic networking tasks.
- Set up email systems using Microsoft Apps and generate various reports.
- Maintain dashboards, update workflows, and track vendor productivity alongside system requisition for both software and hardware.
- Report directly to Operation Managers and ensure timely dissemination of information to team members.
- Manage high-priority cases effectively while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related position is preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and accomplish tasks with minimal oversight.
