You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level system support and delivering all tasks required to ensure that the Club maintains a stable and uninterrupted technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve support calls from staff in relation to the Club's infrastructure, hardware, software and network in a timely manner.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance of all IT equipment and software.
- Assist with the monitoring and maintenance of all primary and backup/test systems to ensure stable uninterrupted operations and performance.
- Ensure all data, network and system security is maintained and ensure all backups and month-end audit process and reports are completed successfully and documented.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of hardware and software inventory including system documentation, user guides and technical specifications.
- Performs other related IT duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent working experience. Entry level IT graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered for the position of IT Officer.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software (especially Microsoft Server and 365).
- Resourceful, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Service oriented, able to work independently and within a team.
- Support end users after office hours when needed, including public holidays and weekends.
