Job Description
- Provide efficient Tier 1 & 2 technical support for hardware and software (Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals) issues.
- Perform corrective maintenance on critical facility systems, including CCTV, Card Access, and Security Network systems.
- Perform digitize from manual processes using low-code tools like Power Automate and Google Apps Script.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for internal operations (e.g., inventory stock alerts and digital logs).
- Utilize scripting (PowerShell/Python) to automate routine administrative tasks, such as User On/Offboarding and Azure/M365 license management.
- Manage procurement cycles for hardware and software, ensuring equipment remains up to date.
- Document all IT procedures, resolution guides, and system configurations to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Design, prepare IT-related training, user guides, and briefings on topics such AI, AI tools and Cybersecurity.
- Maintain a real-time tracking for all IT assets and consumables.
- Execute the setup of new workstations, including M365 account configuration and network resource mapping.
- Develop and maintain the Organization's IT operational roadmap and recommend technology initiatives to support resilience, and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, security posture.
- Manage external IT vendors and service providers to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, standards, timelines, and service levels.
- Maintain proper records for vendor contracts, service agreements, warranties, renewals and procurement documentation.
- Provide support for critical operational incidents, including after-hours support when required for urgent outages affecting business-critical services.
- Support occasional after-hours work for planned maintenance, planned power shutdown activities, infrastructure changes, and essential service recovery tasks.
- Any other tasks assigned by Home.
Job Specification
Qualification / Educational level:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
