Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for laptops, peripherals and software.
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Coordinate hardware warranty support with vendors.
- Manage device enrollment and compliance via Microsoft Intune.
- Monitor and maintain server room equipment, storage, UPS systems and backups.
- Configure, manage and troubleshoot access control systems.
- Support network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure for stability and security.
- Maintain firewalls and enforce security policies.
- Manage and support video conferencing and meeting room technologies.
- Maintain accurate IT asset documentation and lifecycle tracking.
- Prepare reports on system performance and security status.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years experience in IT support and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS, networking protocols and firewalls
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and cybersecurity practices
- Able to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently
