About the company
Our Client is an established MNC with offices in Europe and Asia. With rapid expansion and technology investment plan, they are now looking for a new Helpdesk Analyst / IT Engineer / IT Executive / IT VIP Support / IT Analyst to join their team.

About the job


Your role involves:

  • Handling service desk support in a ticketing environment
  • Managing incident management
  • Managing external vendors (PC / Mobile devices / Video conference and Application), ensuring external SLA has been met
  • Leading IT projects related to Corporate desktop computing such as email, anti-virus software, archiving, backups and etc
Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of IT Support experience.

Proven track record working in professional services or legal law firm will be highly preferred.
