Reporting to the Regional Manager, MIS you will provide Level 1 IT support mainly in HES, with extended support to other subsidiary companies as and when require.
Responsible as 1st level support for IT operations and continuity of business application software, hardware, and networking.
Provide technical support in troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolve issues as 1st level support and IT administrator.
Manage and liaise with vendors for purchase/implement/maintenance of hardware/software IT contracts.
Coordinate with IT related projects on technological analysis, solutions implementation, administration and maintenance.
Regional travel for project implementation support as and when required.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
1 year of relevant work experience in the related field
Knowledge of first-level IT support, including desktop systems, network infrastructure and Microsoft Office applications
