Job Description

Role:

  • Create customer's trading platform login IDs, demo accounts
  • Solve customers platform issues
  • Assist with customers technical queries
  • Handle incident and change management
  • Adhere to business processes, perform necessary documentation, and meet regulatory requirements

Reponsibilities:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • At least 2 years of Technical Helpdesk experience
  • Good understanding of Unix and Windows operating system
  • Able to work on rotational shifts
  • Experience in supporting electronic trading application
  • Client-centric and responsive
  • Able to speak Mandarin
  • Basic AD & Exchange Knowledge
  • Ticket logging
  • Network troubleshooting
