Job Responsibilities (On-Site only):
- Network Operations & Maintenance Ensure high availability of LAN/WAN networks, monitor performance, and optimize efficiency. Manage network hardware and software inventory.
- Support & Troubleshooting Provide Level 1 & 2 support for network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Deployment & Lifecycle Management Commission, decommission, and refresh network devices in line with technology lifecycle and compliance standards.
- Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain accurate network documentation and continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Project & Vendor Management Lead or support network-related projects, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate solutions for enhancements.
- Operational Support Provide 24/7 on-call support for production and operational environments.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in network management.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF).
- Proficiency in firewall technologies, core/distribution switches, router configuration, LAN/WAN administration.
- Familiarity with Zscaler, Check Point, and Palo Alto firewalls is an advantage.
