General Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Undertake IT Project Support assigned by IT Manager
- Responsible for weekly and monthly IT reports submission
Job Specification
- Minimum Degree in Computer/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- It will be an added advantage if you have CCNA and/or CCNP certificate
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Effective organizational skills
- Able to take initiative, a self-starters who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems
- Applicants must be proficient in Chinese language to liaise with our Chinese counterparts.
