IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide1st and 2nd level onsite IT support for hardware, software, network, printing and system related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
• Perform software installation, upgrades, patch management and system updates
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application and connectivity issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware and software licenses
• Follow IT security policies and assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup and account provisioning
• Support meeting room technology, video conferencing systems, and office collaboration tools
• Collaborate with vendors and corporate IT teams to resolve technical issues and support builds/upgrades

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles
• Experience in supporting end users in a corporate environment
• Familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or endpoint management tools
• Knowledge of IT asset management processes
• Experience in supporting Apple products or Autodesk environment is an added advantage
