Key Responsibilities:
Systems & Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain server room infrastructure, networking equipment, and related IT assets.
- Administer and support virtualised environments and cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure stable IT operations.
- Manage cloud virtual machines (VMs), backup systems, and recovery processes.
- Administer Active Directory (AD), Domain Controller (DC), DNS, Group Policy (GPO), and user account management.
IT Security & Compliance
- Ensure IT systems and configurations comply with Group IT policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and support security solutions (e.g. Anti-virus, EDR, vulnerability management tools).
- Oversee patch management and ensure timely system and software updates.
- Support internal and external audits, including implementation of corrective actions.
Technical Support & Operations
- Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Collaborate with Group IT / APAC IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to vendors or relevant internal teams when required.
- Provide infrastructure support to the development team.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and drills with IT and business stakeholders.
- Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT efficiency and service delivery.
Project Coordination
- Support IT Management in project execution, including validation of vendor deliverables and invoices.
- Coordinate system migrations, deployments, and handover activities.
