The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, enterprise system integration, and application support, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable IT solutions across internal and client-facing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Scheduled, Queueable, Future).
- Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, and JavaScript.
- Configure Salesforce components including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, roles, and permission sets.
- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Design and maintain API integrations with external systems and third-party platforms.
- Manage data migration, reporting, and dashboards to support operational insights.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure platform performance, reliability, and security.
- Support system deployment and CI/CD processes using tools such as Azure DevOps and VS Code.
- Maintain technical documentation and system configuration records.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or experience in related filed.
- 6-8 years of experience in IT engineering or enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development and configuration.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and enterprise deployment processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and system optimization skills
