About the job:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Director to lead technology operations across our portfolio of hotel properties. You will be responsible for the execution of IT initiatives, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable and optimized to deliver the perfect guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day IT functions at the corporate and property levels, including networks, cloud solutions and help desk operations.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business goals.
- Protect company and guest data by managing robust security protocols and ensuring compliance with GDPR and PCI DSS standards.
- Manage the IT budget (CAPEX/OPEX) and negotiate with vendors to optimize costs and service quality.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance & Marketing to integrate technology that enhances operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1015 years in IT, ideally with a background in the hospitality sector.
- Deep knowledge of hotel-specific tech, including PMS, POS and Guest Service systems.
- Proven track record in project management and infrastructure scaling in fast-paced environments.
