Job Title: IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Access Management & Secure Authentication)

Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support for Access Management and Secure Authentication solutions to customers in ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Greater China.
- Support the full access management ecosystem, covering Access, Authentication (MFA), Authorisation (PAM), and Audit solutions.
- Work with hardware security products such as Yubico, Swissbit, and Versasec for secure key storage, smart cards, and hardware-based authentication.
- Assist customers in implementing SSH security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and audit/logging solutions (including syslog-ng).
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and training sessions for government agencies, financial institutions, and enterprise customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to access control, authentication, authorisation, and audit systems.
- Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions on access management best practices to customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in IT Security or Access Management (fresh graduates with strong academic background or relevant internships are welcome).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) - both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge or hands-on interest in hardware authentication solutions (Yubico, Swissbit, Versasec), SSH security, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and audit/logging systems.
- Basic understanding of network security, encryption, and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to support customers across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Greater China.
