IT/Cyber Security Manager

Our services span cryptography, cybersecurity engineering, digital authentication, SCADA protection, audit and compliance. We specialise in building security operations centres and delivering managed security services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Cyber of ST Engineering Info-Security with security governance and endpoint support
• Establish and manage backend systems; apply security controls per policy
• Respond to cybersecurity alerts; implement patches and fixes
• Manage network switch access control and project application administration
• Remediate system vulnerabilities to ensure security compliance
• Maintain accurate and current IT asset inventory
• Ensure compliance with company security policies (CIS, ISO) and the Industrial Security Manual (ISM)
• Promote a strong security culture through training and briefings
• Support audits on projects and systems
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and detect Indicators of Compromise
• Identify and recommend improvements through security checks
• Deploy technologies to boost security compliance and operational productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of IT management experience preferred
• Knowledge in systems, endpoints, and network configuration
• Familiarity with IT security governance and best practices
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated with strong learning agility
• Strong attention to detail
• Preferred certifications: SSCP or CISSP (or equivalent)
