IT Coordinator (Technology/Software)

We're looking for a proactive IT Coordinator to support our IT operations and help keep everything running smoothly.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: Up to $2,400/month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Location: Kaki Bukit Ave

What You'll Do:

• Manage and control inventory of service items, and place orders for parts as needed
• Coordinate daily schedules for IT Engineers across on-site, outsource, and in-house projects, including backfills
• Work closely with Sales and IT departments on after-sales support and ensure seamless communication
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from corporate customers with professionalism
• Respond promptly and efficiently to email correspondence
• Maintain accurate records for billing and update service forms in the system timely and neatly
• Support any additional tasks assigned by the Manager
• Leverage your IT knowledge to troubleshoot and coordinate effectively

Who We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Enjoys engaging and maintaining good relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
• Proficient with MS Office
