Job Description

This role is a 9-months contract role, providing IT support to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • The position spans all projects involving IT deliverables and resources in Singapore.
  • To provide and maintain high level technical telephone support &/or Deskside support to our internal Zurich employees and some external Advisors / Brokers / Contractors.
  • To record issues within Call Logging System &/or action assignments appropriately meeting the Incident Management & Problem Management Process requirements
  • Perform incident determination with the objective of resolving as many incidents as possible within SLA targets.
  • Keep management aware of potential areas for product enhancement, customer training and enhancement to our SOE
  • Provide Oncall After Hours support as escalation from Help Desk as required
  • Provide mentoring & coaching to team (Senior Role)
  • To follow and take ownership of issues within the Problem Management Process
  • Back Up Incident Co-Ordinator

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 5-year experience in IT Client Desk Support for financial institutes. Experience on supporting senior management team or VIPs is preferrable.
  • Solid experience on supporting computer network, hardware infrastructure and office AV setup, strong on trouble shooting and resolution implementation.
  • Good understanding of Citrix, Active Directory & Azure Cloud
  • Passion & Drive for emerging technologies that could benefit our customer base
  • Good understanding of PC hardware, software, mobile devices, VC equipment and all related peripherals.
  • Experience in Zurich applications
  • Basic Awareness of ITIL
  • Prior experience with an Incident Management / Call Logging system
  • Basic Project Management Methodologies
  • Excellent Documentation and Knowledge base skills and experience
