Our client is a IT Cybersecurity industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for IT Channel Account Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive channel growth in Singapore by identifying and developing new partners while nurturing existing relationships.
Manage partner portfolio to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Promote and create awareness of the company's IT product portfolio to partners.
Support partner onboarding, training, and enablement to ensure adoption of IT solutions.
Develop partner sales plans, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to grow market share.
Identify opportunities to expand into other areas of a client's business, including subsidiaries or affiliated companies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support partner success and smooth product delivery.
Provide market insights and feedback to guide product improvements and strategy.
Maintain accurate records of partner activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT related field study.
Minimum 3 years experience in IT channel management, account management, or business development.
Proven experience in B2B sales for IT solutions will be advantegeous.
Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
Comfortable with local travel within Singapore for customer or partner visits.
