IT Business Solutions Project Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests.
• Lead and support generative AI and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance business processes.
• Analyze workflows, develop process documentation, and recommend improvement through IT solutions and AI integration.
• Troubleshoot system, application, and workflow problems, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT systems and AI-driven solutions, while educating staff on best practices.
• Maintain IT policies, documentation, and governance standards, and provide standby or after-hours support when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Dipolma in IT or Cybersecurity, with relevant experience fresh graduates with strong interest in IT and AI are welcome.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, and end-user computing Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated interest in workflow improvement, project coordination, automation, or AI technologies.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to support change and innovation within the organization.
