POSITION PROFILE:

Based in : Yishun

The successful candidate will:

supports Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to analyse, redesign, and digitise business processes, ensuring technology solutions are aligned with business value, efficiency, and scalability. The role focuses on process-first transformation, leveraging digital technologies such as automation, data, and AI only after processes are simplified and standardised. This role acts as a bridge between business users and IT, requiring a strong consulting mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions. Prior application development or technical exposure is beneficial to assess feasibility and support effective solution design.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

. Support the analysis of current (As-Is) business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

. Contribute to the design of future-state (To-Be) processes that are simplified, standardized, and ready for digitization or automation.

. Assist in workshops and interviews with business users to gather requirements, clarify pain points, and document current processes.

. Document process flows, business rules and functional requirements.

. Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions such as workflow automation, dashboards, and system enhancements.

. Follow enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards during solution design and implementation.

. Serve as a liaison between business users, internal IT departments, and offshore development teams.

. Present prototypes, data insights, and project updates to stakeholders.

. Provide user training, management support, and adoption guidance.

. Monitor solution performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

. Design, evaluate, review and implementation of Compensation & Benefits Policies to ensure that programs are current and competitive

. Drive and support GenAI adoption through user promotion, training, support, and the identification of high-value business use cases.

Ability / Competency Required:

. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

. Minimum 1 year of years of relevant experience.

. Basic understanding of BPR methodologies and process modelling (e.g. BPMN, swimlane diagrams).

. Exposure to IT systems, applications, or digital platforms through academic projects, internships, or work experience is beneficial.

. Familiarity with automation tools, data platforms, or low-code solutions is an advantage.

. Ability to learn and adopt new digital tools quickly.

. Good consulting mindset with structured problem-solving ability.

. Good communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into practical solutions.

. Comfortable presenting ideas, supporting workshops and discussions.

. Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement.
