Job Description

  • Analyse and improve business processes for mobile phone shops and telecom retail operations.
  • Study existing sales, inventory, purchasing, stock transfer, repair, trade-in and customer service workflows.
  • Gather business requirements from management and shop staff and translate them into IT system requirements.
  • Develop and document SOPs, process flows, workflows and system requirements.
  • Analyse POS, inventory, CRM, accounting and e-commerce systems and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor mobile phone and accessory inventory, including IMEI/serial-number tracking.
  • Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Prepare business reports, dashboards and KPIs covering sales, stock, profit, staff performance and customer activity.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors/developers for system implementation, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Support integration between physical stores and online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
  • Train staff on new systems, processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide management with recommendations to improve operational efficiency, profitability and customer experience
