The IT Business Partner will partner with Singapore Business Units to align IT priorities with business goals, translating business needs into technology solutions that drive agility and growth.
- Partner the business units in Singapore, ensuring IT priorities and initiatives align with business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business, fostering strong stakeholder relationships through ongoing communication and engagement.
- Translate business needs into effective technology solutions, ensuring IT services meet expectations and deliver measurable value.
- Bridge business and technical teams to enable effective collaboration and timely issue resolution.
- Provide high quality support to stakeholders, reinforcing that IT exists to serve business needs.
- Oversee IT strategy, operations, and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group IT governance, policies, and standards.
- Bring good understanding of insurance products and the insurance business lifecycle, with the ability to engage meaningfully with business stakeholders.
- Preferably hold a degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline.
- Have experience in insurance and/or consulting environments, with exposure to technology-driven transformation or delivery initiatives
- Have awareness of AI/data-driven technologies and their practical application in business and IT contexts, with the ability to identify opportunities
- Are able to translate business requirements into clear IT needs and solution options.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts clearly and confidently to senior management and diverse business stakeholders.
- Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder situations.
