IT Business Partner

Responsibilities

1. Build and sustain partnerships with local business teams in your dedicated regions and across multiple IT function teams as the point of contact(POC);
2. Engage with local support resources and aligned with global IT strategy to maintain technological health;
3. Work as a key escalation contact for your region on critical IT technology escalations and emerging issues in real-time. Assist with coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication;
4. Work as a key partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout;
5. Work as a global team member, manage local resources to support IT global strategy;

Requirements

1. Demonstrated experience with IT system technology and service managements;
2. Proven project management skill with time management and prioritization abilities;
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
4. Strong hands-on experience in network and IT infrastructure, knowledge of system development and product designing;
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with teammates based in HQ in China.
