Job description:
Our client is seeking the next generation of leaders who are dynamic and strategic. In this role, you'll partner with senior executives to craft a forward-looking, multi-year technology strategy aimed at propelling business innovation, transformation, differentiation, and simplification.
- Accountable for Record to Report Business Process Governance, Standardization/Simplification & Harmonization across multiples sales & manufacturing companies.
- Accountable to drive best industry practice which include organization transformation, Process or/and technology to drive effective & efficient Record to Report process
- Responsible for partnering with global/regional/local team on Requirements Gathering with Change & Risk/Impact Management
- Conduct a review of the current system landscape of the assigned group companies and ensure alignment with the Regional IT Solutions Architecture for the desired future state (especially in RTR)
- Coordinate with other Business Analysts, Data Analysts and IT Solutions Architects to conceptualize, evaluate solution feasibility, and outline future-state solutions.
- Collaborate with businesses to develop comprehensive business cases outlining potential benefits.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology with experience in Sales companies processes.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel is seasonal 20-30%, primarily to South-Asia Region
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Business Partner engagement, demonstrating strong business acumen for Business Process Analysis, Solution Architecture capabilities, and process simplification/standardization Especially on Regional Governance (Chart of Accounts etc)
- Experience in both SAP S/4 Consultancy and Business IT environment would be advantageous (especially in R2R area)
- Experience in Digital Transformations
- Knowledge of Sales companies business process, B2C/B2B/Project Sales business operating models
- Excellent communications skills with business stakeholders (Fluency in Business Language. Possess a deep understanding business priorities and ability to translate IT problems to Business issues) Ability to organize diverse stakeholders and facilitate teams to achieve productive outcome.
- Possess deep analytical skills and effective resource management capabilities.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively, influence and negotiate effectively.
