Our client

Globally Established IT solutions provider with dual regional hubs across Europe and Asia, operating in over 30 countries. They offer premium outsourced IT services supported by strong in-house technical expertise and software capabilities.

We are looking for a IT Business Development Sales Manager with strong experience in delivering IT-as-a-Service solutions, including all-in-one managed service packages (hardware, software, and IT services on a per-user subscription model), as well as adaptive outsourcing across audit, consulting, design, implementation, maintenance, and strategic IT operations management.

Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 + Commissions + Allowances + PB

Working hours: MON - FRI Office hours

Location: CBD Central Area, Singapore

Reporting to: Managing Director

This is a high-impact hunter role focused on proactively securing new accounts and driving business growth across the SMB space, with full ownership of pipeline generation and deal closure.

Technical Focus & Expertise

  • IT-as-a-Service (NGIT Managed Services)
  • Adaptive Outsourcing (IT Infrastructure Management)
  • Software Publishing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt and convert new business opportunities, building a strong, qualified pipeline to achieve sales targets
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle across the IT solutions portfolio
  • Execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads and accelerate deal closure
  • Position and pitch high-value solutions, delivering compelling proposals to win business
  • Develop and expand key client relationships to unlock upsell, cross-sell, and new revenue streams
  • Actively gather market and competitor intelligence to stay ahead and sharpen go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct or indirect sales with proven results in System Integrator (SI) and/or Managed Services business
  • Demonstrated success selling complex IT solutions, including data centre and enterprise technologies
  • Established existing corporate network with SMB and mid-market enterprises in Singapore will be highly advantageous
  • Able to quickly adapt to internal processes, market opportunities, and operational constraints
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
