Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story.
- Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing.
- Review, develop and align test plan, test cases/data, scenarios and strategies, ensure adherence to quality standards
- Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA or equivalent, including preparing test data when necessary
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Review, support and participate in functionality and technical testing such as performance testing, security, interface integration and usability testing
- Review test reports and results of the Authority's appointed contractors for the Authority's systems by:
- Understanding and reviewing source codes from vendor(s) for deployment.
- Supporting and reviewing on-site acceptance and System Integration Testing (SIT) and
- Facilitating and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and trainings for users.
- Collaborate and coordinate with system stakeholders and Authority's appointed contractors for testing
- Review test process and recommend improvement, which includes analysing test processes and methodologies, identify area for improvement and recommend process optimisations and best practices.
- Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as scheduled.
- Provide comprehensive operational and technical support to the project team beyond testing activities and
- Ensure that the deliveries of the project by the Authority's appointed contractors are compliant with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps. This support work will constitute a significant role alongside testing responsibilities.
- Automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA or equivalent and ii. Testing for government public services
- Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in application support and maintenance for government public services are preferred.
