About our client: Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company.
About the role:
- Engage with business users and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Gather, analyse, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system integration projects, solution design discussions, and vendor collaboration.
- Develop project documentation including URS, requirement traceability matrix, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and validation.
- Collaborate with global and local technology teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Support project activities such as impact assessments, fit-gap analysis, and data governance planning.
About you:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, systems implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and IT project delivery.
- Experience working with system integration platforms such as HighByte, HiveMQ, Cognite, Aveva PI System, or InfluxDB is preferred.
- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
