IT Business Analyst

Role Purpose

The Business Analyst is a project‑based role within a heavily regulated gaming environment, accountable for the end‑to‑end success of digital and system solutions, from business problem definition and solution design through testing, implementation, and post‑go‑live validation.

This role serves as the single point of functional accountability for assigned initiatives, ensuring solutions delivered are business‑fit, regulation‑compliant, operationally viable, and audit‑ready, while advancing digital transformation and customer experience objectives.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Profile

• Minimum 5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in regulated environments (e.g. gaming, financial services, government, or similar).
• Demonstrated involvement across business process analysis, solution selection, vendor engagement, tender processes, testing, and implementation.
• Experience within Casino, Integrated Resorts, Gaming, Hospitality, or E‑commerce systems is advantageous.

• Advanced requirements engineering and documentation discipline.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Effective stakeholder engagement across business, compliance, IT, and vendors.
• High attention to detail, resilience, and accountability in audit‑heavy environments.
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
