Your Role:
The IT Business Analyst will support the regional Business IT teams by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in the delivery of IT and digital solutions that enable reliable, efficient, and customer centric operations.
The role contributes to process standardization, data visibility, and technology enablement across the region, ensuring solutions are aligned with DHL global platforms, regional needs, and operational excellence objectives, while developing core business analysis capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
Business & Requirements Analysis
- Support the documentation and validation of business and IT requirements
- Assist in translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, or basic specifications
- Document business processes, workflows, and data requirements
- Maintain requirement traceability and documentation repositories
Data, Reporting & Analytics Support
- Assist in defining basic data and reporting requirements
- Support validation of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Help maintain data definitions, metrics, and report documentation
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for reports, dashboards, and systems
Solution Delivery Support
- Work with IT, data, and development teams to clarify requirements
- Support testing activities, issue tracking, and resolution follow‑up
- Assist with rollout activities and transition of solutions into business-as-us]
- Ensure documentation is updated and maintained throughout delivery
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data, Analytics, or a related discipline
- Relevant coursework or projects in business analysis, data analytics, or systems design is an advantage
- 0-2 years of experience in a business analysis, data analysis, IT, or related role, including internships or graduate programs
- Exposure to:
- Requirements documentation or process mapping
- Data, reporting, or dashboarding concepts
- Working with cross‑functional or regional teams (preferred)
- Experience in enterprise, regional, or multinational environments is an advantage
