IT BUSINESS ANALYST

• Responsibilities:

. Responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex project
. Responsible & Accountable for end-to-end execution of project
. Responsible for Project Initiation, Planning & Scheduling, Execution & Completion
. Stakeholder communication, stakeholder management & fostering strong relationship with clients, team members & end user stakeholders
. Identifying Risk, Issues, Critical path activities, and tracking their mitigations, resolution & coming up with solutions
. Provide status update related to all the stakeholders
. Responsible for People Management & Resource management
. Project status tracking & setting up different levels of governance

• Mandatory Skills Description:

. 8+ years of experience with a deep understanding of financial products
. At least 3+ years of experience in Murex Project Management
. Domain knowledge in Financial Services industry is compulsory with Experience on Risk, Collateral Management, Security Lending, and Regulatory for Murex Projects
. Strong Understanding of Murex Architecture & ability to comprehend end to end processes
. Subject Matter Expert in at least one Murex Module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office)
. Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required
. Experience in driving digital initiatives with business and operations will be an advantage
. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
. Project management tools exposure (e.g., Jira, etc.)
. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
