IT BUSINESS ANALYST

What You Will Do

. Analyse business workflows and identify process improvement opportunities

. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

. Support ERP optimisation and ensure data integrity across systems

. Develop and maintain management dashboards and operational reports using Power BI

. Coordinate with internal technical teams on system and data deliverables

. Support digitalisation and transformation projects from requirements through to delivery

. Maintain SOPs and support audit readiness across key processes

. Provide cost-saving analysis and recommendations to management

What We Are Looking For

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field

. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central

. Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools Power BI experience preferred

. Demonstrated experience in project coordination and stakeholder management

. Strong written and verbal communication skills

. Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field is preferred
