Job Summary
You will be working with our client who are well renowned in the public and financial sector. You will be responsible for the analysis of business requirements for software products that are developed and deployed for financial supervision. This role encompasses analysing business requirements for new product development, and supporting the migration of data and services from legacy systems to modern applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and analysis of business requirements with stakeholders and ensure that functional and technical specifications are comprehensive and ready for feature development.
- Support Product Managers to analyse existing business processes to identify optimization opportunities, develop transition strategies to new products and groom product features.
- Facilitate the solution design effort and develop innovative solutions that comply with existing standards, guidelines and processes.
- Support end-to-end testing activities for product features, migration scenarios and system integrations to ensure business requirements and performance standards are met.
- Provide ongoing user support across the product lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to training sessions for product features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of business analysis work experience
- Experience in defining business requirements, solution standards and processes, and agile delivery.
- Experience in delivering government products or working within regulated industries such as financial services.
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including software developers and business stakeholders.
- Experience in driving digital initiatives with data transformation and system integration is an added advantage.
