Role Overview
The IT Automic Automation Specialist is responsible for automating batch and scheduling processes using the Automic tool. This role involves gathering requirements from various IT teams and implementing automation solutions in compliance with client standards.

Professional And Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience working with Automic Automation or a similar job scheduling system as a workflow developer.
- Experience in designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4).
- Processing service requests related to job scheduling and automation.
- Advising IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation.
- Good knowledge of technologies in Unix, Java, and Shell scripting.
- Good understanding and experience in IT operations and their processes.
- Exposure to technical requirement analysis, planning, and coordination.
- Knowledge and good exposure to Change & Release Management and Incident Management.
