Joining the IT Service Management team, you will serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise-level job scheduling. Your primary objective is to translate complex technical requirements from various IT departments into robust, automated workflows that align with global banking standards. You key responsibililities:
- Design, develop, and refine sophisticated automated workflows to streamline banking operations.
- Act as a key consultant to IT Service Owners, providing strategic advice on workflow optimization.
- Manage and execute service requests specifically related to automation and scheduling.
- Conduct technical requirement gathering, planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions under high-pressure scenarios.
skills and experience required:
- Extensive hands-on experience as a Workflow Developer using Automic Automation Engine (UC4) or equivalent enterprise job scheduling tools.
- Strong proficiency in Unix, Java, and Shell scripting is essential for this role.
- A solid understanding of IT Operations, specifically within Change & Release Management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into structured, reliable automation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse internal stakeholders. You should be someone who works well independently while remaining a disciplined team player who meets defined KPIs.
