IT Assistant / System Support Technician

Responsibilities

. Maintain system maintenance, which include backup of server and controllers, troubleshooting and fixing the faulty server & controller.

. Performing periodical Backup, Restoration, and using recovery software.

. Basic knowledge Linux, SQL Server and MS Accessdatabases.

. Maintain network switches & routers and Includes configuration.

. Managing Users, Privileges and Roles.

. Maintain cybersecurity standards, procedures, configurations for the systems and services.

. Monitor and notify security patches releases for the various products.

. Attend security incident response that includes understanding alerts, coordination with various system or service operators, identifying potential threats and performing basic triaging prior to escalation to next level security responder.

. Managing all maintenance breakdown and ensure all faults are attended.

. Supervise onsite installations, testing and commissioning.

. Conduct routine inspection of the premises.

. Site meeting and liaising client.

Requirements

. Relevant University Degree in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 3 years experience or relevant Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 6 years

. Class 2 or 3 licence holder will be advantage
