Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement asset management strategies and lifecycle plans.
Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance evaluations of assets.
Recommend upgrades, replacements, or maintenance schedules based on asset condition.
Support IT asset tracking and lifecycle management using asset management tools.
Perform risk assessments, maintain accurate asset records, and develop contingency plans.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Analyze data to identify trends, cost savings, and performance improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of IT asset management concepts and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
