Responsibilities
. Understand servers, networks, applications, and IT security systems
. Maintain and update IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses, and configurations)
. Track asset lifecycle including deployment, relocation, renewal, and end-of-life status
. Ensure completeness and accuracy of asset records and supporting documentation
. Work with internal teams to update asset master lists and ensure proper classification
. Track patch releases, vulnerabilities, and security advisories
. Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for patch assessment, testing, and deployment
. Maintain patch schedules and ensure timely updates in accordance with policies
. Monitor patch compliance and follow up on outstanding patching actions
. Work with team and managers on various documentations
. Understand IT processes and asset management
. Support IT project, vendor & team coordination
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
. 1+ years of experience in IT support
. Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and Active Directory
. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is an advantage
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months Agency Contract employment.
