JOB TYPE:

Brief Job Description

• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory database, ensuring accurate records of acquisitions, movements, and disposals.
• Track and manage equipment movement with proper approvals and ensure updates are recorded immediately.
• Monitor IT asset lifecycle, including tracking end-of-life (EOL) and coordinating timely disposal with necessary approvals and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure asset usage aligns with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Handle IT asset inquiries, maintain documentation, and assist with related office operations.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations of the IT asset inventory database.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills

• Familiarity with asset management software and inventory systems proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
