Qualifications:

- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in team leadership and management.
- 3+ years of experience in software system design, development, and maintenance.
- Strong expertise in software engineering, secure development, cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity.
- Experienced in enterprise systems, digital transformation, emerging technologies, and enterprise applications (Education sector preferred).
- Proficient in databases, programming, server infrastructure, SQL Server, and SDLC processes.
- Skilled in leading IT support teams, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple incidents concurrently.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable, with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experienced in project management, analytical problem-solving, and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Certified in ITIL, PMP, and Microsoft technologies.
