IT Applications Support

. Provide 1st level application support for outlet front-line sales staff and HQ users

. Set-up and configure applications

. Administer MySQL databases including backups and patching of error data

. Support end-users in running reports, including Excel reports with macros containing SQL queries

. Identify IT solutions to enable new business capabilities

. Recommend improvements to existing business/system workflows and processes

. Provide support to business users by understanding their pain points, identifying root cause of problems and recommending solutions

. Perform user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure solution meets business/user requirements

. Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of solution

. Manage access to enterprise data & reports

Job Requirements:

. Degree/Diploma, preferably in information systems or computer-related fields

. At least 3 years of working experience

. Experience in SQL databases and Excel required

. Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various diagramming tools such as flowchart, ERD and DFD.

. Knowledge in data analytics or software development (particularly C# .NET) advantageous

. Analysis and Support for the ad-hoc project / applications related to Business

. Advantage to have Business Analysis experience and basic knowledge

. Must be able to work closely with not only user but also infra support to find out the root cause and provide the solutions

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
