System & Application
- Define / improve IT Systems and Applications strategy and architecture for each project assigned.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, applications and software.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new applications and software.
- Troubleshoot software issues related to internal IT systems.
- Maintain essential IT systems and applications.
- Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
Policy and Process Management
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies and procedural requirements.
3rd Party Systems
- Point of contact and support any software and application issues.
- Monitor the project progression and provide timely updates to reporting.
Others
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience
- 5 years of experience in software system design, development, or maintenance & 5 years of experience in project management
- SQL Server, SQL Database, Power Automate, Power BI, Web programming, Software Development Life Cycle
- Certification in ITIL or PMP
- Meticulous and detailed.
- Self-motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very strong project management & analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks.
- Able to support live operations as required.
